I have never had such pathetic, bad service as I have had from cell c, I was under the impression that they knew what they were doing. I have been without use of my BIS for over two weeks now, and all they can say at their technical support desk is to take the battery out and put it back in. I am fed up with such mediocre service as nobody seems to know what is going on there, meanwhile they will expect me to pay my monthly fee. I am at a loss for words as to how they employ people that are not trained on the products they offer. Their stores do not have people with the technical know how, and yet they claim their services are the best, no man... I am hoping with this, someone with at least half a brain can fix my problem. I have had been given two reference numbers, and both have yet to be attended to. I am at my wits end as to why I chose this network for my blackberry. I have had it with them.
