I have received the most pathetic service from a joke of a company called 8ta i regret the day i even though about taking a contract with this pathetic company i have been trying to move form this provider for the last 3 months and they decline the request every single time I firmly believe that this is a breach of the human rights act and i will therefore be taking legal action against 8ta because of the lack of service from 8ta i have suffered financial loss i am unable to do any work from my cellphone above this all the call centre is even more pathetic the agents do not even know what they are doing some agents even hang up on you while you are taking to them and you call yourself a service provider you guys don't even know what service is PATHETIC!!!
