I posted this on the 29th Jan. On the 14th! of Jan i ordered a sim card for my ipad. on the 24th i called as i had heard nothing and was told it was cancelled! no one called me to say why etc i had to call. i was told they called HR and was told i dont work there. i called my HR and there are only 2 ppl there and they confirmed they hadnt spoken to anyone, so i dont know who cell c spoke to! i thehn asked a team leader to call me and no one did! i then called again! and spoke to Kabelo Maponya - the greatest thing that ever happened to your company. he went out of his way to make sure i had his email address so i could get hold of him and he arranged for it to be re-ordered.. i still havent received it however he said it would be soon. the fact that it got to this point is ridiculous! i was phoning to cancel the contract when i got through to Kabelo. Kabelo should be the manager of customer service, he is the only one doing anything there. I STILL DONT HAVE MY SIM! THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG TYPE AND I STILL DONT HAVE ONE! ITS NOT KABELOS FALUT, BUT SOMEONE NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ITS PATHETIC!!!
