I am so upset with the service I get at your MTN store in Promenade Mitchell's Plain in Cape Town. On the secondof April 2013 I changed my account from debit order to paying cash. I received an sms this morning stating my account is in arrears. Number one I never knew that I had to pay my account by the 11th of April 2013 it was not said to me. Seeing that my debit went off by the 29th of March 2013 which I was told my bank never sent them confirmation the debit went off that's not my job to see if it goes off, but my main problem is I must pay account ASAP or I must pay double by the end of the month. I'm not working anymore so where exactly do I get the money from. I've been with MTN for almost 4 years now and this is bad service man people need to explain things to a person and not just assume you know how it works. This matter needs to be sorted out today still.
