Very very very unhappy

I phoned Autopage Kimberley on the 25 Feb 2013 to move my debit order date from the 1st to the 7th of March. I asked Christo specifically if the debit order would go off twice and he assured me that it would not The debit order went off on the 1st and again on the 7th of March. After speaking to Christo who handled my contracts, he said that it was a mistake and that the debit order of April would not go off because my account was in credit. The 7th of April another debit order went off on my account. Again I spoke to Christo and he explained that it was a mistake and that head office says that my money would be refunded. After several calls to Christo and Gerhard De Klerk, who is the manager, my problem was not yet sorted out. I had to pull bank statements and take them in. After a recon was done on my account it showed that my account was up to date. I went in to the branch and one of the consultants explained to me that if I change my debit order date that a double debit order would go off. Why wasn't that explained to me in the first place??? If I knew that I would never have changed my date. And then I was to by hearing that my money would be refunded. I'm still waiting!!!
