I've been battling for over a month now with Cell C. I did what they wanted me to do by logging, calling and visiting the branch just to log another complaint.
I called them today. Ref Nr 177 0746. Guess what? They do not have any feedback! I cannot speak to anyone higher than the poor soul at the call centre? They visited my home, they have been bs-ing me the whole time. Still they want to visit again which I am waiting on them for over a week.
I want my money back. To whom can I go to get my money back? I had enough. I paid to ''whoosh'' and the best whooshing so far is 10kbs. That is with 3 bar reception on 3G.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
