Negligence!

As per Athi Gravel from the MTN call centre I had logged a call to make a payment arrangement on the 17/12/13 and the arrangement was for the 15/12/13 which doesn't make sense to back date a payment. I recall making a call prior to the 15/12/13 to make arrangement for mtn to debit my acc on the 15/12/13, and I spoke to Busisiwe Mahlatsi, as that was my salary date, now I'm sitting with a barred number and have to make payment and arrangement cannot be made as I "dishonored" my word as per Athi.

Busisiwe Mahlatsi was the consultant whom assisted me with activating my line and she told me that my acc was to be debited on the 15/12/13 but now all of a sudden Athi is telling me that I am no longer a debit order client but I have to make payment via eft and therefore that is why my payment was not received, I could have made an EFT transfer if only Busi advised me of this but she never did, now I cannot make use of my mtn number cause of a stupid mishap like this. I only received a text from MTN advising me of the eft matter after my number was barred (29/12/2013) if im not mistaken. I need this sorted out ASAP!
