Request to unblock my Cellphone

I had sent a request to MTN to have my cellphone unblocked on the 28th of March 2013 and I spoke to Litha who advised me that I need to send an affidavit stating I am the owner of the cellphone and that I need it unblocked. I also need to send a copy of my certified ID document & proof of purchase.

All the documents were submitted on the 30th of May 2013 and I called again & spoke to Asiya who also advised I send through the above mentioned documents to 0867409934 & 0867244755

All the documentation were sent and I was advised the cellphone will be unblocked within 3 working days
Unfortunately for me the cellphone is still not working and I have not had any response or feedback with regards to my request.

MTN's service is extremely poor!!!
