16 DAYS AND STILL NO REFUND OR ANSWER

I CANCELLED MY CELL C CONTACT DUE TO TERRIABLE SERVICE AND NON STOP PROBLEMS
I THEN MADE A CASH DEPOSIT INTO THEIR ACCOUNT AND HAVE CONFIRMATION THAT THE CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED AND ALL WAS IN ORDER
A MONTH AND HALF LATER THEY DEBIT MY ACCOUNT WITH R4677.77 AND THEN TELL OOPS IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THE REFUND WILL BE BACK IN MY ACCOUNT WITH IN SEVEN DAYS WELL THAT DEFENTLY DIDNT HAPPEN AND STILL HASNT HAPPENED I CONTACT THEM EVERY DAY AND GET A DIFFERENT STORIE EVERY DAY
I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH CELL C AS THEY ARE QUICK TO DEBIT YOUR ACCOUNT FOR WHAT YOU OWE THEM
BUT THEY CANT GIVE YOU BACK WHAT IS RIGHTFULY YOURS AND WHAT THEY TOOK FROM YOU WITH OUT AUTHORISATION OR NOTIFING YOU
DISGUSTING SERVICES
