Lack of assistance

On the 1st of Feb 2013 i faxed the following documents copy of my Id and proof of residence to have my account Fica 'd. On 11th Feb I called to follow up if my documents was received by the person I sent it to I was then told that the document namely the proof of address (which was a copy of my bank statement) was incorrect as it did not have the date on. I then requested the name of the Supervisor and the email a copy of my bank statement with the date and marked it for the attention of Celiwe. On friday 15th I called and enquired if teh account has been unblocked i was informed by Lungile that she does not have the documents she then came back and advised that she has the documents and that the account would be unblocked by the afternoon.
On friday afternoon at 4pm i called and spoke to Lungile who advised that the Fica dept has advsied that my documents are incorrect.
I'm irate as i have been given the run around and not able to get a satisfcory service. The criteria as per sms was copy of the ID and proof of residence. This is what i have submitted.
Is someone at African bank able to assit me or should i get my legal reprensative to assist me.
