On 18 Oct, i sent through a request with documents to unblock my phone and was told of a turn around time of 72 hours, on 21st i called again to follow up and also put another request for my other phone to be unblocked, my first phone however was said to still be blacklisted of which i was told to send a 2nd request. On 25th, i called again and was told that both phones were still blacklisted and for me to send the request again - for the third time. This is way past their 72 hours and no communication was initiated by them to let me know of the delay. Very frustrating and disappointing especially because this is my 2nd bad encounter with MTN.
