I loaded air time on my Blackberry and paid the R57 fee for my BIS (blackberry internet services) My cellphone did not activate and I called their helpdesk on 140. 3 weeks later and many calls to their helpdesk I still don't have the service I paid for. After requesting a refund I was told that I activated my phone incorrectly and had lost the R57.
I feel that they from me and definitely wont be a CellC customer much longer.
