I am on MTN pay as you go, I lost my blackberry I was on BIS, I replaced it with another blackberry when I tried to activate my BIS I was told that they no longer have the BIS but the Blackberry absolute service which expires in 60 days I activated it and I got 200 MB data which I tried to used for my BBM and other services that I have on my previous phone with no success until today I called MTN and the call centre agent told me it was never activated and I never had any data bundle. I will be moving to Cell C because they still have the BIS the MTN BAS is a reap off. I must recharge for R60 on a daily basis
