Good Day, Please be advise on Friday the 14 June 2013 at about 3 o clock in the day, I received an sms stating that my blackberry services has been disconnected. Firstly, This has happened without a warning. Normally we have receive a sms from them to say that it will go of in 3 days but i have just received an sms in the middle of the day and it was just of... On Tuesday the 18 June 2013 at about 8 o clock in the morning, I recharged my cellphone and tried to activate the BIS services as I normally do... and I did not activate. I received an sms to say that it is activated and I rebooted the cellphone but the BIS services does not activate. I waited for about 2 Hours to see if it was going to activate but it did not. I called the Cell C Blackberry technical support and he only said that he knows there is a problem and that he has to escalate the problem. He gave me an reverence number SD109523 and advise me that this is going to take 48 hours. I am not prepared to wait 48 hours before I will be able to work on the phone. I advised them that I was wondering if he would be able to speed it up but he said no to me that is unacceptable as I need my phone urgently he was not prepared
