My blackberry was a while back, I went to the cellc store in potchefstroom mooi rivier mall, they blocked my sim card and all was well, but since I blocked the phone they have been deducting more than they should, when I phoned the customer service, the said that the blackberry internet service, recurring has been activated (even though I didn't set-up my phone, the staff at cellc clearwater mall did) and they have been charging me for the service even though I blocked my sim, so I have been paying for a service that cellc thinks I would use while my sim is blocked? and a service that I didn't personally activate!
