Unability/ unhelpfulness to change Billing Info

I spoke to Vodashop Tzaneen to change my details for billing - from myself to my bussiness. I had to submit a lot of paperwork. It is 3 months down the line - no phonecall to confirm etc. I found out 2 weeks ago it has still not been done! Now Hilton tells me I must submit some forms again- they made a mistake. Some forms also expired, eg bank statements. We live 150 km from Tzaneen. I must drive there again - 600 km. It is going to cost me over R1000 for something that is not my fault. I really find this very unprofessional, expensive, waste of time and unneccesary. What must I do?
