Terrible service and arrogant

In the 12 years that I have banked with Standard bank, I have never received such terrible service from a arrogant and unprofessional consultant. Stand bank Tzaneen is by far one of the worst I have ever seen, and this with they're prestige clients. You can almost never get hold of anyone at the bank if you call them. When you go in the bank, the make you wait. When there is a problem, they can't sort it out. Now I have learn-ed that my revolving loan was not paid in September, no one from standard bank even called me, but the debit order went through. Now Mr arrogant, Makharamedzha rudely told me to check my statements..which I have, and even your head office told me there is no problem on that account! I wonder, do you even know what you are doing? Clearly not! I want to see the Tzaneen branch manager and I demand an apology. From you.
