I have now tried to change the main members name on my contract twice and both times i get told the forms have been lost or weren't processed and that i must submit them again. I find this very ridiculous because on the system the lady that helped me could see all my old details on the computer and each time the forms are lost i must take my time to stand in the store answering questions that i hav already answered and supply my banking details and statement for forms that just get lost. What is the point of me even going through the trouble.it might just be easier to cancel the contract all together.
