In January I had submitted forms to MTN Bayside to change my MTN contract from my mom's name to my name. MTN then emailed back 2 months later saying they had lost my forms. I then went back to MTN Bayside and said they had better find my forms as I was not going to get charged again from my bank to draw up more bank statements. They had eventually found everything and re submitted it. I have been going backwards and forwards on making sure it was done but still nothing was done. I was then contacted and promised 2 weeks ago that it would be finalised by the 14 June and MTN would give me a R200 credit for all the trouble they had caused. I had phoned MTN call center yesterday to confirm and it STILL is not tranferred. I've had this contract from about 8 years and never had a problem with MTN but now i have had enough!!! I have considering to got to another subscriber.
