My Telkom ADSL line went down 1 April. I am still down & unable to do my job. It's like banging your head against a brick wall trying to get any help or service from them. Every time I phone they say "we're escalating your fault" its been escalated so many times it must sitting in the clouds. They promise to call / call back - they DO NOT! They say they've sent a technician - THEY HAVE NOT! They then told me that if anyone needs to come to my home they will call - THEY DO NOT! Then they told me someone came & when asked why they didn't call they HAVE NO ANSWER! I called so many times yesterday and was told someone was assigned to it when I called again they had "knocked off of the day" - This morning I was told that due to their workload it will be 7 days before they do anything to help me. I WORK FROM HOME ONLINE & cannot earn a living because of this & am sure when the month end bill of R900 odd for the service/rental comes they will expect payment. I am beyond furious and I think their answer that nothing will be done for 7 days is unacceptable. I was promised (AGAIN) this morning by Andiso that her supervisor would call me - NOT! THEY NEED TO RESOLVE THIS TODAY. I NEED TO WORK!
