Reported a faulty fixed line as well as a faulty ADSL line on 21 January 2014. I have phoned the fault call centre 4 times since then. On two occasions I was told that the fault has not been handed over. I have been told on the last two calls that the fault has been handed over. It has been a week and no luck. I have also escalated the fault and lack of response three times via Telkom's online site and have had no response. This morning I received my Telkom bill and of course I have been billed for the period that the line has been out of order.
