YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION IS NOT PROTECTED!!

Last year in about October, on a random evening, I received 2 SMS's from Vodacom saying that my "2 new Contracts have been activated." I was suprised, because I had not requested new contracts with Vodacom. I called Vodacom several times to report this and cancel the contracts, they made me run back and forth and said they were conducting Investigations. After concluding investigations, they refunded me, but did not want to divulge the details of their findings (which I needed to open a criminal case with the Police), but only that it was a. Since then I cancelled my debit order with them.

Today, I received another SMS with new contracts (for SAMSUNG S4). The lady I spoke to, said that the person opening this is more likely to be Vodacom personel because he knows my Vodacom account information. The person who called knows when my contract expires and that I called in to convert to prepaid. How can he know that? They still refuse to tell me who is responsible for this, so I could take it to the police. I found out they still have my banking details even if I don't have debit order with them anymore, I asked that they delete that information, they declined!
