Vodacom blocking line and does not reply

I am so frustrated. I have three contracts with Vodacom and all my accounts have been blocked for a week now. This is a fault from Vodacom that their admit was their fault. I am so sick and tired of telling everybody the same story. When I got my first top up a few years ago my limit was R1000. All my contracts are altogether around R630. My debit order goes off every months on the 31st. But just after month end Vodacom bills me again. That means the R630 shows double which exceeds my limit and now I can`t use any of my lines. I have called several times and everytime their log a call nobody came back to me. They said 24 hours and after a week still no one reply, when I call they say my call is pending and when I called today the request was closed with absolutely no correspondence. I cannot use any of my phones or my data... and I am not even over my limit. This is really terrible service and totally unacceptable!
