I recently migrated to the new Red Package from vodacom Red Advantage to be specific, it is R999 per month including the smartphone if they have that smartphone on that deal. I check my statement and i get billed R1138 per month, i then phoned vodacom 111 and she said no its for the handset installment, ok fine, but they say Smartphone included!!! I have a Nokia Lumia 920 and yes i didnt take it with the red package when i migrated but now when iphoned 111 she said that the only time i wont pay for the handset is if that handset is available under the red package i am on, ok fine, i went and checked on vodacoms site under red deals for R999 one and they have lots of deals that has the Lumia 920 for only R999 so why do i have to pay R1138 extra for my lumia, should this not be the same, what makes it different, they say R999 for the lumia 920 package and i have a lumia 920 so this is not acceptable aspecially when i migrated i asked that guy IS THIS 999 the only thing i will pay and he said yes and i said only if it is R999 then you can migrate me please and he did.
