I recently migrated my contract form an Talk 240 to a Red Advantage, Which CLEARLY states that for R999 p/m Includes a smartphone (iphone 5) as well as all the bundles minutes and data. Upon Migration I recieved my first bill, which about R250 p/m more than what they quoted me, On my account summary it shows an R250 Handset instalment. Clearly someone is not doing their work
