I queried online about a cheaper option for myself. Brian responded first, I had another question and then had the pleasure of dealing with Zanele, she kept me informed every step of the way, was patient, answered all my questions, changed my debit order date to the 1st, I had another question, emailed it, and another lady whose name I did not catch - bad signal @ home, phoned me back, confirmed everything. I just have to compliment you on excellent service received from all staff I had the pleasure of working with. I was a Specialist Manager Customer Services @ ABSA and are sad to say that I left the company due to Service Failures all around in all departments, and people who have a I don't care attitude about it, and my manager not understanding, that great service is so much more important than sales! Thank You again!!
