I called 173 last week regarding my blackberry that was giving me endless issues - I spoke to a young lady named Palesa Dhlamini- She could could identify the problem and managed to fix it in no time!!! She had all the patience with me and understood that I am new to this blackberry world. Thank you MTN for having such stella service.
