I had recently upgraded to the new BlackBerry Z10 - it has been just over a month and it's gotten to a point where I cannot even explain how frustrated I am with the device. The "BlackBerry World" application never opens saying "There is an issue with BlackBerry World. BlackBerry World must now close" which makes it impossible to upgrade any applications or download new ones but further, the camera is "always in use by another application" and recent the phone has been heating up so much that I have to take it out of my pocket due to the heat against my leg! The battery life almost never lasts and if anything MTN is the biggest rip offs in terms of internet data as in the past month I had to spend more than R884 worth of ADDITIONAL airtime over and above the R200 I receive with the phone and 250mb of data. I will never recommend anyone takes this phone or subcribe to MTN! I queried how to port to another network and was given a don't give a response on the MTN SA Facebook Page (talk about customer service!). To think I've been with the network for so many years and now all these hassles. I am REALLY not happy.
