MTN LIMITING USE OF DATA ON BLACKBERRY INTERNET

I just received a sms from mtn stating the following :
Yello, to ensure a world class internet experience for all MTN customers, a fair usage limit of 200MB will apply on the BlackBerry BIS package from the 1/03/2013 & will be available as a new BlackBerry plan called BlackBerry Absolute. now what is that!!! i have had a blackberry for more than a year and enjoy the use of it . why is it that MTN wants to limit us saying to give everyone a fair usage limit.
why must they limit us and the other networks don't.

are they trying to make more money off of us buy selling less data bundles.

if this is going to continue then i will switch over to another service provider who is more interested in giving us the full blackberry experience instead of making more money!!!
