Autopage what a JOKE

In March 2013 I transferred a number over to my name. Nothing happened for a week! I then called the shop in Montana to follow up on what's happening! If I didn't ask I wouldn't have known that there was a signature missing then I was promised that the transfer docs would be sent to me! That never happened!! Then when the transfer went through after another week I asked the lady if there was stock, she confirmed that there was but when i got there, there was no stock so i had to wait another 2 days for the phone to arrive.

We changed the contract package but it has still not been effective! She didn't inform us that it was not going to change immediately and now i have an account of over R1700 because of data. I realised that i was incurring costs so i call them to cancel BIS and load a data bundle. Bundle was loaded but BIS still active! Then I tried to load another bundle it takes a week to be loaded after numerous calls!

The call centres DO NOT know what they're doing. Yesterday I called to enquire if i get the same promotions that all the other Vodacom clients get. The answer is no! Why not? I'm still a Vodacom user! I'm cancelling all 3 my contracts and going with Vodacom!
