E of help to the elderly, accommodate them

Mtn is not helpful at all to the elderly. my mother, an almost 60 year old woman's phone is . she does a swim swap for a number she has been using for 8years, and is asked to verify and pass their questions, the only info she can provide (being an elderly person who hardly uses her fone and one who did not plan on having her phone so threfore she did not record any info that is supposedly vital to Mtn) tells them 5 numbers she can remember, that were dialled and received during a period of a week before it was and they say they they want frequently dialled numbers, she doesnt have numbers, only one and two that she had mentioned already, she tells them when she last used her fone ajnd that its been off since thenm that doesnt help, she is asked to remember the model of an old fone that went out of the markert donkeys years ago. she verified her personal info but no that is not enough, she needs to pick her old sickly self up and go to the post office, get an affidavit and fax it to Mtn so she can get her 8yr old number. wats the use of the personal info you have then for? if its not enough to identify a person? thank you so much for nothing Mtn. really after 8yrs
