How hard can it be to upgrade a customer from a 1 Mbps to a 4Mbps? I have had numerous (pointless) phone calls with Telkom trying to get them to upgrade my speed, they eventually say that they promise that within 48 hours it will be upgraded... it has been at least 504 hours and still nothing! How can Telkom hire people who cannot do the job? they reply with reference number after reference number after reference number, but dont actually do anything... here is the last reference number they gave me ARS 224966. Please upgrade my internet speed to 4Mbps... Im sure that there must be at least one competent person at Telkom, please give my reference number to him to fix this.
I have never felt the need to report bad service before but seriously?? they cant even do a simple task!
