8ta trying to my money AGAIN!

After 22 months of mediocre service with 8ta (No reception at many places around my work, having to ring twice on many numbers (8ta or others), dropped calls like STI's of Voortrekker road) and now they me again.

I went to the store for a >22 month free UPGRADE. That means... option to change plan with new phone linked to plan with no penalties. That's what they told me. It was actually 23 months. So if I faxed them I could have terminated my plan but they told me I could just "change my contract with a new phone without penalties".

So I do it. This month, R1461 bill! On the bill R400 once off migration fee plus migration penalty of R12.42

So, 8ta, reverse those charges or I'll drop off the phone at a store and ask my bank to ignore your debit orders and we talk in court. You are billing me! Sort it out! ref number 5288377 I CALLED YOU!

ADVICE TO EVERYONE: Don't join 8ta even if your LIFE DEPENDED ON IT!
