Sim swap ridiculours questions

I lost my sim card, I bought a new one and called the 173 no. To do a sim swap, the questions asked seemed ridiculous as I don't keep record of times I buy airtime cause I'd neva have anticipated that I'd lose my sim card, the consultant asked the type of fone I use I told him the model and name bt could not say exactly the model number cause this is a fone given to me by a late person so I do not have such info.he said I shouild wait for my late aunt to come back then I'll do the sim swap, I asked if he could not ask me personal questions like my I'd and the numbers I constantly fone cause then thoise I'd remember but he just could not help me he was rude and my problem is that with this mtn number I hve sent out my cv and my internet and cellphone banking I do with it. I feel like my whole life is going dwn the drain just cause of. Stupid questions that any normal peson would probably not keep track of. So my banking and job opportunities are at a risk coz of this, ehich is beta really that sum1 finds my sim and goes on living my live fraudalently or if I dnt get this sim swap I'm neva cuming bek to mtn there's vodacom, 8ta, and cell c who r waiting for mi
