I have tried over the last 5-6 months to get MTN, it's call centre, customer care to help me.
All I've been given is reference no.s. I work from home, I also have three (3) contracts with Mtn. Today I've tried 4 times, total time on the Fone (1.5 hours), still no joy in any answers on why I'm being charged for 3 g coverage and only receive Edge service. I strong believe I should expose this to other consumers, also I should sue for compensation.
