Cell C repair department!

I had sent my iphone 4s 64gb in for repairs, I took it to CELL C CANAL WALK and they sent it away to Joburg for repairs. I called the 140 number for an update and I was told they not repairing my phone but replacing it. Upon collection I decided to just check the storage capacity of the replacement iphone at the store, since my original iphone was a 64gb. They had the nerve to replace my iphone with a 16gb, this was totally unacceptable. I immediately told the consultant I'm not accepting this since that's a miscarriage of justice. She then checked and found that somehow there was some funny business going on, since the phone I was to receive was a 64 gb. I was told that there must of been some up and that I will get the correct phone ASAP and that they will send the correct one. I was concerned that my wait will be even longer now and the lady at the store assured me that they will just send the incorrect one back and that they replace my iphone with the correct model. I then called the repair department and spoke to Viven a supervisor in that department, he said I must wait, till they get the phone from the store so that they can investigate then only they will send me a phone.
