I signed a contract with cell c with a iPhone 4s, the following day I noticed that the phone had no sound and went back to the store to report this. I was told that the phone needed to be booked in to be checked by a technician and that it could take 7 working days. Why should I wait this long for a brand new item. After the 7 days I phoned the store and was told that it will still take another 2 to 5 days to resolve the problem. I am not happy with the service given.
