INCOMPETENT!

My cell phone has been on sat the 06/04/2013 - reported the lost phone an whatever the procedure was.
At Edgar's store Lenasia trade route. I cannot stay without a cell phone as my job requires me to have a phone. I called the store yesterday and they said that I have to wait in a line for my documents to be sent as I was not the only one that has submitted a claim All good an well as that would be the right thing to do as it will be unfair to others. I called the store today on the 09/04/2013 and spoke to a gentlemen there who has told me that my documents has been sent through to the insurance and to get a hold of them takes some time. I than asked for the number so that I can call them myself and try and speed up the process. I called them spoke to a very helpful lady by the name of Simone who has assisted me and she requested my documents from me. All I have is my affidavit which I have sent to her and she has requested that I send her a claim form and the only place I can get that from is from the store. I called the store @ 1pm today 09/04/2013 and spoke to the Lady, by the name of Francina, one thing I can say is that this lady does not belong in a store as re
