I took my iphone 5 into Sandton City Cell C for repairs its finally returned 20 days later unrepaired! I'm paying R700 a month for this contract and Cell C can't even be bothered to fix my phone. So firstly I waste my time coming back into the store only to find the phone is not repaird and secondly I'm now going to be without my phone for another? 20 or more days. To make matters worse I'm traveling on business on Friday and will do so without the smart phone I pay R700 a month for. The leased Cell C can do is change the contract to R50/pm while you hold my phone and refund me for the last month.
