I upgraded to the new Blackberry 9900 on 22 Feb this year from your Mtn Cavendish (Claremont) branch.
A few weeks later the phone stops working, keyboard numbers don't work, phone keeps restarting itself, bbm & all apps open & then just crash as soon as you click on anything - seriously irritating.
I took the broken phone in to Cavendish Mtn on 21st March to be sent in for repairs, because I had apparently missed the 3 weeks warrantee...
Sent a complaint email on the mtn website on 4th April & got a ref number - but a week later & still no response..?
Now, 3 weeks later, trying to get hold of anyone in that Cavendish shop to give me an update, let me know when I will have my phone back (number given to call is 0838696629) - NO ANSWER at all.. tried to call the repair centre in Montague Gardens at 083 9000349 - get told by a lady called Gugu, that the Cav shop has only logged the call TODAY 10 APRIL, meaning that since 21st March, nothing has been logged / done to get this "NEW" amazing phone fixed... meanwhile, I am paying for a contract which I am really not getting any value out of... Seriously not impressed! Hope someone gets back to me ASAP!
