Firstly I tried to call your cavendish branch to get more info on what i have to bring with for a Contract but i couldnt get through. I was immediatelly not impressed. Then I went into the branch and tried to open my contract and was told that my porting would take 72 Hours and that I could Pick my phone up in 2 days time so i did just that and went to your branch on cavendish and was then told that the number was not released so i could not have my phone so I was told I could come in the next day and that is what i did and with no results so. My number has now been ported and I would like to get a different phone and none of your stores are being helpfull. I need this to be sorted out NOW I do not have a phone...
