All Around BAD SERVICE!

3 Jan 2013 i bought a Galaxy Tab at MTN Cavendish, my first problem occurred immediately when i got home, the sim card was not Rica and the tab was not set-up, i called and spoke to Yaseen whom i can say was extremely helpful and assisted me.
Then tab was set up i started using it & stored all my work & my make-up portfolio on it.
at the end of Feb 2013 the tab froze and just didn't want to go on again, i called Yaseen and he said to bring it in and i did, he later told me that in needed to go in for repairs & nothing can be saved & as soon as its done they will give me a call hopefully Wednesday. so on the 25th Feb 2013 took the tab in.
The Wednesday came and I called MTN Cavendish (021 683 8659) this is the number stated on the MTN website, after numerous calls i was told by a friend that this is NOT the number for MTN cavendish, I later got a number (0838696629) I called & the phone just rings, I got in my car and drove to the store where i was later told they cant help me without the IMEI number & gave me a the HVRC number i called no luck, i called HQ JHB they put me through to HQ CPT and they put me through to Shane the new store manager.
