I went into the KWT Cell C branch on Sunday the 13/01/2012 and after talking to the salesman I eventually decided on the new Iphone 5. He went about ordering the phone, doing the paperwork, doing all follow-up with me and making a plan to set everything up for me so that I could have it today (15/01/2012). That is under three days. Thank you for going the extra mile and providing outstanding service, I have recommended you to all my work colleagues wanting to swop over. I hope Cell C realizes how valuable you are to them.
