Being a loyal customer for over 10 years I am so dissappointed in cell, in that they firstly did not appreciate me as a customer and secondly they've now handed over a so called 'outstanding amount' to JM attorney without any prior notice.
In 2011, after expressing my dissappointment via telephone and email, I asked for my contract to be cancelled. Without difficulty cell c had no problems cancelling my contract (the least I expected was for them to ask me the reason for wanting to cancel or how they could provide a better service to me).
Since then I did not receive any notice that any amount was outstanding so how can cell c just hand me over to the attorneys??? I would have had no problems in paying an amount I was owing but I don't even know why this amount was not settled since I've always had a debit order with cell c and if there was a problem I always did ask them to redebit.
Needless to say cell c has really gone the extra mile to push me further away... to think that I was actually looking at signing up a new contract with them!
