NO ASSISTANCE FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS

I received a call from Pholosa Debt Collectors in August 2013 regarding an outstanding account which was related to an iPhone contract phone I took from Cell C (Cresta Mall- Jhb). I paid the full amount to Pholosa Debt Collectors and sent them proof. I then went to Cell C to get them to unblock my iPhone and they told me to get a confirmation letter from Pholosa Debt Collectors. After calling them from Sept 2013 till today Jan 2014 no one has had the decency or respect to send me the proof of payment via email. I have spoken to various supervisors from Pholosa Debt Collectors and all I get is false promises. How can Cell C work or associate themselves with such incompetent service providers. Till today I have an iPhone worth R12 000 from Cell C and I can't use it, this is daylight. Cell C needs to sort this out please.
