HOW MANY TIMES TO I HAVE TO REPORT ON CELL C's BAD SERVICE DELIVERY???
I hope to finally get a response from some one at Cell C and not just "I have sent an email and some one will contact you" which never happens!
First weekend in April I went to Cape Gate Cell C to take out a deal on an upgrade. I am still waiting for them to say they have received my order which they were suppose to place. Beginning of a month and you don't have stock of something that is advertised not so good and then to say other customers are also waiting. I wonder if they were contacted.
Thinking it would be quicker I decided to go through to only receive half my deal. I have tried contacting Cell C 7 times and was promised I would get my outstanding TAB by a supervisor i am still waiting. However Cell C will expect me to pay for my deal at the end of the month. This is not the first time i have had problems with Cell C and wish they would get their service together. How do you send a customer half a package? Not follow through with orders? Not contacting customers? and and and.
I am sick of Cell C making endless promises on all marketing but not delivering.
