I called and asked to have the BIS cancelled end of this month and asked over and over again if it will indeed be end of the month and the lady I spoke to, who clearly didn't know what she was doing, confirmed it was only going the be end of the month, I even told her that the sms I got said it was cancelled and she said the sms won't have date. Then I saw it was the opposite, it was already cancelled. Called them again, I was told the call would be pulled, then I was told they can't as it was not yet recorded. Now I want BIS to be reconnected and I want a refund on the time I couldn't use this service that I had already paid for.
