Absolute disgust in service!!!

I picked up debits from my account: This is going off my account every month.
Magtape Debit Telesure Bud - Tkt006028 R116.25

I contacted the call centre and was told that this is a policy for a vehicle i had 3 years ago and cancelled my policy with Budget and was told the sub policy would also now be cancelled, was never cancelled. The lady on the phone was rude and slammed the phone down in my ear when i asked for a refund and contact detials for the complaints department.

I want my refund from the date of the cancelled policy with Budget and an appology for the rude call i had to endure!!!
