Telkom gave me incorrect contract

My intial Problem Please read below. I know have gone back to the telkom shop trying to get my contract I actually want and they told mne they cannot give me that deal anymore as it expired on the 31st March how ever if they had given me the correct deal in the beggining I would not be sitting with this problem.

Know Please Telkom provided with deal I wanted in the first place

Ref :0815250167 On the 26th of March I went down to Telkom Westville at the Pavillion to signup for the Telkom Datamax [URL Removed] which is a month to month contract for businesses. As I am a solo propiator I was told no problem please bring. bank statement which I did. I also asked for there to be a R1 limit on my phone so that it is softlocked and I cannot go over my limit..

My Complaint is this I want not put on Datamax instead I was put on Internet promo 5 which is a 24 month contract. Why in my right mind would I want a 24 month contract when I can get a month to month for the same price as I hope telkom going to give me ADSL some day. I have been back to the telkom store and spoken to. I went to telkom the girl email who is helping me is [Email Removed] but she is not getting anywhere.
