Phone got lost so went to the store to do a sim swap. They refused to do it because my wife ID has her new surname on it, but 2 weeks ago they were happy to a sim swap and upgrade with the SAME ID. In any case he agreed that I can e-mail him the marriage Certificate and then he will activate the new sim. I have send it to him and he confirmed that he received it and activated the sim. It is now more then 24 hours and the sim is still not activated and David does not reply to my call not nor my mails.

So firstly, how is the ID good 2 weeks ago, but not now? Does that mean the upgrade is not valid, because the ID was not correct? If that is the case cancel the upgrade.

Secondly: WHY IS THE NEW SIM NOT ACCTIVE???

My second contract expires soon and will not be upgraded with MTN!
